Recently I launched a new site and placed the ads in possitions I have previously tested on similar sites. The location and CTR is good but might be considered a little bit tricky by some so I sent an email to AdSense Support asking if it is ok. The answer to my first email was in the manner of "go read the TOS" which as every serious AdSense publisher I've done a few times. I replied with a little bit more direct words as what exactly I would like to receive as information. To this email the reply was with meaning like "We can not review each of your sites" when I only asked for one in particular. Are they playing the game of let's see how can I NOT assist you or what?
hmmmmm...... wierd!! wait for a reply a few days. what u can do after that is send them a fresh email regarding the issue. I am sure they will help.
I have had them reply back with similiar results after I emailed them about multiple clicks. THey didn't blow me off but rather gave me an answer that pretty much said not to worry about it. If your site is following the guidelines in the TOS then you will be fine. If you are completely over the line then I guess it would be possible to get banned. If you are within the rules then I wouldn't worry about it.
i think you must decide it yourself. they are not giving answer that type of questions. i have sent a similar email to them nearly 6 months ago and i'm still waiting for the answer
weired never heard such answer from adsense support, why don't you try it again, send a fresh email asking for your answer.
i will try to send a new email. maybe this time I will get to another rep that is more willing to think
"We're not able to evaluate each of your sites individually, but here are some excerpts from the guidelines, which may prove useful:" this is the exact text
they were pretty good when i ask them may be you must have come accross one agent who was not in good mode. Toss it up as a complain and make sure people working there understand that publisher can only complain and google may lose business
