    You can only place AdSense on the homepage of proxies. You can't put it on the proxified pages.

    You can try a mix of ads on homepage, just make sure other ads are separated from them or doesnt look like them.

    actually I added adsense of proxified page's top. now I'm going to rewmove it.

    You can add adbrite to the proxified pages.

    You can place it anywhere on the main page. You can't place them on the proxified page
