Adsense Support It this normal...

    Dear All,

    for me Adsense support is taking ages to reply me, last time I wrote down to them for PIN verification two months before. Now I am tired of sending them mails ... I send them an mail in a week as the reminder but it is still same.

    Is this normal or some special issue.

    It really depends. If you have a rep you can write to directly the response can be quite good. If you are new it can be a few days to a few weeks.

    You have to remember there are 100,000's of adsense webmasters and not that many staffers to support them. It sucks but sometimes people get left behind. All you can do is keep on them.

    matbe its due to the holiday seaxon. response time should be a little better form now that the holiday is over
