adsense support a reverse gear ?

    my friend was using adsense account since 2007, he once asked for change in payee name, he got reply to provide few details and provide new payee name, for some reason he didn't do it,

    now recently around a week back, for some reason again he wanted to change payee name as he didn't do it earlier, he wanted to contact adsense support but found on a google answer, that Indian users need to cancel existing account and apply for a new one, if they wanted to change payee name, so he applied for account cancellation, he got reply as the data was not accurate the step couldn't be processed,so he got hold of an old reply from adsense support in his mail and mailed to adsense to change payee name

    to his surprise, today he got a mail stating, sorry to leave u blah blah and some link to give feedback
    I burst out to laugh when he told me whole incident :p I was wondering may be we also need to do in reverrse tactics to get some sort of response from adsense team :p

    and the funniest of all, he asks me what's his current account status :p

    Great your friend did something and you are sharing the news.

    Why not report first hand on your own experiences instead of someone elses?

    My friend got a tryout for the Seattle Supersonics. No lie. means nothing.

    Googles customer service is weighted towards large accounts.

    Why people change their AdSense payee name? Beyond my imagination. Is there any underground market where AdSense accounts are bought and sold?

    @internet : to share news,u don't need to be the first party :p, I already have posted my new adsense account probs on another topic few weeks back;)
    @Onera : I am not sure about the rest, but my friend wanted to get the payee to his name, details are listed below :

    well as u r wondering why he changed it,he was a minor "<18" when he created account, instead of doing it in his parents name, he did it on his uncle's name, as he was living with him while he was schooling,
    now his uncle has moved on some where around South America, he can't get the check transaction in his uncle's name and wait for funds to be transferred back to his local account

    so, he wanted (payee name) it to be changed to his own name now,
    btw! he is now 19
