Till yesterday I was getting 15-20 clicks and and today suddenly it goes upto 80-90 clicks with CTR 25+% What should I do in this case? Should I report to google?

a CTR above 7% or so is quite high.

give it a few days and see if it persists. if it does, then I'd contact them

No need to contact them, as it's a normal improvement, unless the click comes from the same or adjacent IP.

Its not a problem man, its your hardwork or may be your luck.
No need to report it to Google.

Same thing happen with me. Can google ban someone because of those clicks? If I don't like you and click many times on your ads, will you get banned? What happened if I click many times and every day on big websites like www.bloomberg.com?
