$100 a day with 2,100 unique visitors I could see, but $100 a day with 2,100 IMPRESSIONS sounds a little suspect. I've seen similiar numbers before (10% CTR + $0.50 CPC would do the trick), but it's always been on sites that have no long-term traffic growth potential. $40+ CPM is simply not sustainable if you want to have high levels of traffic (at least not from adsense, anyway). $20 CPM is generally considered extremely good for sites with a lot of traffic, but nobody gets those kinds of numbers from adsense; you get that from people who advertise with you directly, and pay you $2-3+ per click.

You CAN realistically do $5-7 CPM with adsense without making a site spammy or abusing your users (putting link units in a spot where they'd be confused for navigation is one such trick; it works well, but don't expect any repeat traffic). You can do a few borderline things and bump that up to $9-10, but traffic will begin to suffer when you do that sort of thing.

So, if you are making $100 a day right now, consider how you're doing it. Violating the ToS is one thing, making a site which just sucks is another one entirely. If you're happy only doing $100 a day, then, by all means, don't do anything different (of course, you'll probably see that number drop dramtically in the long run if you don't do anything). If you're interested in making the kind of money that you can actually live off of, though (I assume you're in a country where $36,000 USD yearly, after taxes, isn't really all that much money), you have to think in terms of traffic. 2,100 impressions daily is not enough to keep consistent results.

having no way to click out of your site except through the back button or an ad can't possibly be allowed.
Don't email google for anything as it might set you up for a manual site review whereby they could catch that.

I find the OP's post very hard to beleive.

I use Adsense on many sites and make $160 on a very good day, I'm pretty good at optimising where ads go etc..., but the reality is this money is due to a LOT of traffic (over 50,000 visitors a day).

I've got sites on all sorts of content and the best I've seen is eCPMs of over $15, CTRs over 5% but it's always a fluke due to low traffic, it never scales up when the sites pick up significant traffic.

In my experience an eCPM above $7 is very good, CTR above 4% is very good.

Those figures posted by the OP are not realistic.

Yes I think you are right.
    I dont know, but:
    If one (like you) have
    50000 visitors = 160$
    then
    5000 visitors = 16$
    2500 visitors = 8$ a day
Yes that is true I think!!

My site have 6,500 visitors and right now earning about $70 a day. On a good day before smart pricing kick in, I'd earn about $150 a day from the same number of visitors

If my eCPM weren't so crap, I'd have something nice to share. You must have a very high CTR to get that much on only 6500 visitors.

my CTR is not very high, still a single digit CTR. Same with eCPM, not very high. If I have high CTR and high eCPM I could easily get $200 a day

I am guessing your CTR is between 3-6%? If I could double my CTR, I would be on vacation by now.

lol wow didnt notice all the posts. i won't list the site.

however, there was a typo, when i said 2100 impressions i meant 2100 unique visitors.

;-) i hope that makes more sense now.

I spent a lot more time than just 18 days of learning before I managed to make the revenue. It was 18 days from the time I made the appropriate changes and used some of the strategies I learned here to make the money I mentioned.

I have 2 BAs and a few computer related certifications. ;-)

There is no fast track with earning money online.

Before the DP i only knew the basic seo stuff and nothing about adsense but have since learned so much more. Not to mention met a few friends.

Thanks for the encouragement to make more. Working on expanding it daily.

One important thing I have learned here is to diversify your revenue streams. Don't depend on just one site for adsense income, one type of site or solely on adsense income.

    Good luck making money.

So you really increased your revenue by 20000% in 18 days? Did your traffic increase by a lot during that 18 days as well? If not, how did you achieve something like that? Since you brought up your BAs and computer related certifications, I assume your site has something to do with them?

Its all about traffic. If you don't have enough unique visitors, you won't ever make much money no matter how 'optimized' your page is.
