    I have heard this term thrown around. Is there a way to eliminate a certain word from showing up in your ads? Like is I wanted ads just showing truck tires, but car tires kept showing up, is there a way to add -car ?

    You can block ads from sponsors that advertise "Car tires". That's about the only thing you can do.
