Adsense - Smart Calculation?

As an Adsense publisher you should be aware of Adsense's Smart Pricing.

But "Smart Calculation" should be somewhat unheard.

Recently I notice that the Adsense Program makes wrong calculation.

I've been using Adsense for months, but for the past 2 weeks (3 to 4 times) I see that Adsense shows wrong numbers in "Todays Earnings" Report.
    For example:

    0.10 + 0.04 = 0.13
    0.20 + 0.14 = 0.33

    Anyone else noticed this?

Its wrong but if you look its correct, just jumbled up so it seems fine.

No one really knows the percentage adsense takes from publishers. Your price was rounded to two decimals, but the actual price may have been:

    0.096548 (rounded 0.10) + 0.0374258 (rounded 0.04) = 0,1339738 (rounded 0.13)

    0.10 + 0.04 = 0.13
    ~ 0.0966 + 0.0366 = 0.1332 ~ 0.13

    No wrong

Yes I have noticed that also. I think it is new. But I am still earning $100 per day on adsense, while a few months ago it was $150 per day. The strange thing is currently i have way more traffic too... hmmm Google adsense trying to trick us?

that would be counting every pennies which is crazy. for publishers with one or 2 ad channel with few clicks, it would be probably noticable. however, it seems like something to do with rounding up

My guess would be PPV ads (image ads) showing a percentage of the revenue, not a per click of the text ads.

its a small amount... but i imagine that if you have a lot of traffic and lots of clicks it could add up lol
