Buying Adsense sites with atleast $10 - $100 a month income.

I would like to buy sites with the following specifications :

- Earnings between $10 to $100 per month. (More is possible aswell)
- Traffic should be from good sources (SE, SEO)
- Rankings should be Ok doesn't have to be perfect
- CTR doesn't matter that much but would like to be able to improve it
- Content should be Unique this will be checked
