Selling Adsense Sites Earning $450/month Passive

I am looking to sell off 49 Adsense sites of mine, which earned $415 in Jan 11 and $485 in Feb 11. The rankings of my site will only slowly continue to increase, since I am slowly drip-feeding them with links over time. The sites are ranging from 3 months to over 1 year old, and have been given time to mature. For the full list of sites, see the adsense.csv file below.

Traffic is 100% organic, and is a mix of mainly Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines.

100% white hat SEO have been done on these sites, which consists of the following:

1) Ezinearticle submission
2) Social bookmarking
3) Linkvana blog post submission (scheduled to post naturally over time)
4) Directory submission
5) Squidoo lens
6) Profile links

All the sites consist of unique hand-written content, and most of them have 6 pages of content of at least 500 words written by native english writers.

Why You Should Buy My Sites
I have already built the foundation on most of these sites. Some are already ranking well (top 3 in SERPs), and some of them are on the 2/3rd page. All you have to do is to do some basic linkbuilding to those sites that aren't doing that well and you can easily see 4-5x more Adsense earnings for those sites.

Why Am I Selling My Sites
The reason is simple - site flipping is one of my business models. There comes a time when I simply can no longer manage so many sites, so I have to sell some of them off. These sites are already well developed, and I believe the right person will be able to get them to rank much higher and generate more Adsense revenue.

Don't have Google Analytics installed on all domains, would have been too much of a hassle. I have attached the Awstats though.

generally you sell sites for 10 - 12 times monthly earnings. Your starting bid is 4k which is probably a little more than I would be willing to pay.
Are you flexible on the price?

 

Well considering the sites did about $500 in Feb, $4k is only 8x monthly earnings. But yeah, I'm looking around 10-12x monthly earnings for these sites.

You say the sites are 3 months to a year old. Do you have traffic and revenue history for the rest of the months prior to January 2011? If I could see an extra 2-3 months history I would appreciate it. Also, are you willing to do a Team Viewer or Skype screen share session so that I can see you log into your Adsense account and verify the earnings?
