Buying Adsense sites earning 30-100 monthly

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a site making at least 30-100 bucks a month with adsense.
I'm interested in sites getting most of its traffic from search engines and most of its visitors from the US only! I'm also not interested in Proxy's, adult, or warez based sites.
