    Why are you selling this site?
    Since too much projects to handle in hand, I'm not able to manage this site. It has been a year I don't post any article to this site, so I think it will be good if I let to somebody who really need it.

    How is it monetized?
    None, except for Google Adsense. You can boost the site earning by joining Pay Per Install app program which normally earn you up to $1 per install.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Less than 1 hour per day to post an article.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Of course, traffic. But since this site SEO optimized, then getting traffic is absolutely hassle free. Honestly, I've never promote this site to any social media platform.

    There are 25 articles only and the last post made on 2015. Since then, no article added.

    About 3-5 APK MOD articles published. Not much.

    Yes, correct. The domain was registered 3 years ago and making $1 per month in average.

    This site has been negleted almost 1 year without any promotion. I just realized the site not serving ads properly on June 2016. I believe it caused by the propagation problem after I moved all my sites to a new hosting early 2016.
