    Google Keyword Tool has "nail health" at 201,000 searches per month, with low competition!

    With BIN, I will provide the researched keyword list that will basically tell you where the money is and where the competition isn't.

    This is still a new site, with no promotion (although it's already pulling in close to 300 visitors per month) and no revenue worth claiming (pennies).

    With a little work, this site will climb the ranks and be very profitable.

    I'm selling because I have too many sites and not enough time to devote to them all. I'm getting rid of the ones that are built, have potential, but have had no promotion first.
