This site was the recent target of the Penguin/Panda updates. I have made most of the crucial changes already. Site speed was improved, design changes made and high quality content written. Any links from networks have been removed. Most of the work that needs to be done is to repost 500 or so articles to reputable sites to get the links back. They were removed after BMR was taken offline. These articles are high quality and are included in the price.

Why Am I Selling?

I operate a reasonably large network of sites and with all the recent changes in the SEO field, will be focusing on a handful of them. This does not give me time to maintain this one. Someone who can will see a very nice return.

This site is priced at 24x CURRENT revenue, which means it is substantially undervalued. Its has more than enough earnings history to demand such a price.

there are no adsense on your site. Where does your revenue come from? The only thing I saw which can generate $ is the opt in form. If your sole earnings are from adsense pls pm me the screenshots. thanks.
