Everyone beware of Helvetii,

The websites she is selling are not allowed (illegal) by google adsense, she is a scam artist, she doesn't return money even if you didn't receive the website for her. I bought 1 site from her and I can't give her a NEGATIVE feedback because she is selling the illegal sites by private messages.

I never receive the website, I paid $599 to the scammer, you helvetii the number 1 scam artist of this forum with 100% illegal feedback give me my money back.

 

I got a payment from HyperD on 18th September, within a few hours I got an email from paypal saying they are investigating the payment for unauthorized credit card/paypal account use and my account would be limited till then. Which means the payment was sent from a stolen credit card or a hacked paypal account. My account was limited and I couldn't refund or withdraw the money. I PM'ed the buyer saying that I won't be transferring the site till the payment is cleared by paypal and he started ranting out asking me to send it immediately. I called up paypal and asked them to just refund the buyer and remove the limitation from my account as it was hurting my business. Paypal immediately removed the limitations but said that they won't be refunding the payment as the buyers account is believed to be compromised so no point sending money back to a hacked account. I tried refunding him myself but the system stopped me saying the account cannot receive incoming payments. Within a couple of hours I sent this email to the holder of the paypal account (whose name is different from the buyer) stating that I had to transfered the said site to the primary email ID of the paying paypal account, I never got a reply. This is the copy of the mail.

I have already suffered a lot of mental harassment and business loss due to all this but the offer still stands, the payment was for a site+coaching and It will be given only the owner of the paypal account and NO ONE ELSE. It is necessary to not let scammers and hackers succeed. If HyperD is the owner of the account he may contact me using the Email ID of the Paypal account and complete the deal.

I will not be conversing with HyperD anymore, please don't send me any PM's. I'll only talk with the owner of the Paypal account which bought the site using the primary mail ID.
