Selling Adsense Site - Finance Niche - $99 in 2011 and $111 for 2012

For sale is PersonalFinancePlanning.org which is a great EMD's for the finance niche. So far it made $99 in Adsense revenue in 2011 and is now primed with age, PR, and links already pointing to the site. The site is registered into 2015 and both have over 60 pages of unique content (85+ on the personal finance one).


TECHNICAL DETAILS
The site is built using WordPress with the very popular premium Thesis theme.


MARKETING DONE TO DATE- Sites have been submitted to hundreds of SEO-friendly directories
- Sites has been submitted to the RSS directories (not that this really does anything anymore but it sounds cool)
- Sites and all internal pages have all been bookmarked across hundreds of social bookmarking sites
- Sites have had articles written (all 100% unique) and submitted to the major article directories
- then they were spun and mass distributed to hundreds of blogs. Sites

All of the content is 100% unique which means prior to posting it the pages all passed copyscape.com.


Hosting and Site Moving
I don't move sites myself so if you want these sites on your own web host (which I highly recommend), then you'll need to move the sites yourself or arrange for someone to do it for you. I have people who move sites for me that I can refer you to if needed. They typically charge around $35 per hour and I assume they'd finish in 1 hour tops. The other option is I will host the site for you for 3 months - for FREE - and then I will charge $120/year after that. The 3 months of free hosting should give you plenty of time to move the sites yourself or arrange for someone to do it for you.
