Selling Adsense Site Earning More Than $1 Per Day - Page 1 Google Ranking

I am selling the website rainbootsforkids.net

As you can see from the screenshots, the average earnings for the month of october was $1.16 per day, and the earnings so far for november are even higher.

The site is ranked on page 1 of google for the term "rain boots for kids" which is where most of the traffic comes from. Keep in mind that a little link building could easily move it up the rankings and drastically increase the earnings.

I've included pictures of the adsense and the awstats for reference.
