google said my site does not comply with their policy and so far i have a clean site and everything complete , my website is www.chatrain.com , and after i passed first stage for adsense , then second stage implementing code on my site which i did, then i got this mail from them today ...

    Hello,

As mentioned in our welcome email, we conduct a second review of your AdSense application once AdSense code is placed on your site(s). As a result of this review, we have disapproved your account for the following violation(s):

    Issues:

    - Site does not comply with Google policies

    ---------------------

    Further detail:

Site does not comply with Google policies: We're unable to approve your AdSense application at this time because your site does not comply with the Google AdSense program policies --- It's our goal to provide our advertisers sites that offer rich and meaningful content, receive organic traffic, and allow us to serve well-targeted ads to users. We believe that currently your site does not fulfill this criteria.

    Tips:
Here are some recommendations to help you improve the user experience on your site and comply with AdSense criteria:
    - It’s important for sites displaying Google ads to offer significant value to the user. As a publisher, you must provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.
    - Don’t place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.
    - Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they’re seeking.

Please refer to the Webmaster Quality guidelines for more help on how to provide a positive experience for your users.

As soon as you’ve made the necessary changes, we’ll be happy to take another look at your application.

I took a quick look and it is a UGC site filled with spam. I would avoid using Adsense on such sites. Or if you are going to, work hard at cleaning it up and implement spam filters. I think you need to run another ad network (or your own ads), really, to avoid problems.

Un-moderated user content, that's your problem.

    User Generated Content.

You need to research what spam filters/controls/content filtering options are available for your CMS (Content Management System). Something that will automatically flag content as spam that contains certain words or meets other criteria. You need to start learning about this for yourself.

Isn't cleaning the site obvious? Search for spam content and delete it?

Because it does not comply with their policies. Read them.

Looking at your site (and I bounced immediately first time, had to return and refrain from doing so a second time) it looks like a load of meaningless spam. Make a different type of site, with real content rather than UGC.

It still stands that your site doesn't comply with their policies. Look at the content - it's gibberish! If you want to get an account approved, apply for Adsense with a site that makes sense.

It doesn't matter if Adsense is running on a similar junk site (in fact, I wouldn't clone a site and apply for Adsense) as this does not mean that was the site used to apply for Adsense. Once someone has an Adsense account, they can put it on any old junk (until the site is suspended from serving ads or the member is banned).

Your site is not original and relies upon UGC. Forget about other people's site, your concern is your own one.

I agree with ryan_uk - there is no way in hell you are going to get adsense approved for that site, you must be joking that you've put this forwards for approval, it's just junk! No way in hell will they EVER approve that. About page? Mandatory Privacy Policy (You know the one every site running adsense is supposed to have, and has for over TWO years!)
You are wasting your time even applying with that site.

NO! It's running adsense, Which is TOTALLY different to it being approved for Adsense. Not the same thing at all, and as if they've any sense Google probably constantly monitor this forum, then at a fair guess that site won't be running adsense for much longer as you've helpfully posted the url for them on here to have a look at.
The owner of that site could have applied (And almost certainly did) with another site, and then placed the code on that one, not the same thing as it being approved at all, not by a long shot....
They also have no privacy policy, which is an instant ban if a google reviewer see's the site, which they may well not have ever done until you posted the url on here...(Hope it's not owned by a friend of yours).
Ask yourself this, as an advertiser of ANYTHING, would you want your ad showing on this site? The answer is no you wouldn't and first and foremost Google has to protect it's advertisers. They pay for adsense revenue after all.
When will people learn that just because a competitors site is running adsense it does not mean that site meets current adsense qualifying criteria. I could go out this afternoon and put adsense on a bomb making site, it doesn't make it right though does it????

Yeah, if you are already Adsense approved, then you can load it on another site, but you still take that risk of getting banned by breaking any type of policy they promote.
