I am from India. Need to know, can I do adsense promotion other then English language. I planning to write article on Portugal language and set the adsense website on it. Is it under adsnese TOS. Can I promote adsense other than English language? Also any one doing adsense earning from brazil, how is the CPC on brazil it will definitely lower then the US add’s. I need to know the approximate value of the CPC on general category keywords.
