The site is built using WordPress with the very popular premium Thesis theme.


Site Design:I had a custom Thesis design done on this site back in 2011 Summer. It really helped conversions on this site and I think it looks pretty cool.


MARKETING DONE TO DATE

- Sites have been submitted to hundreds of SEO-friendly directories
- Sites has been submitted to the RSS directories (not that this really does anything anymore but it sounds cool)
- Sites and all internal pages have all been bookmarked across hundreds of social bookmarking sites
- Sites have had articles written (all 100% unique) and submitted to the major article directories
- then they were spun and mass distributed to hundreds of blogs.
- The site has had 2 high quality link wheels built for it. These are high quality. Not the b/s you can buy at Fiverr. This is done via a company out of New York whose owner is a member of the adsenseguild. (more on that later). The only other company / site that is comparable is seolinkwheelers. These things work bottom line. Somewhat expensive at $150 for only a 9 spoke link wheel but you can get 2 for $250 so that's the deal. They work like a charm and are worth it.

Hosting and Site MovingI don't move sites myself so if you want these sites on your own web host (which I highly recommend), then you'll need to move the sites yourself or arrange for someone to do it for you. I have people who move sites for me that I can refer you to if needed. They typically charge around $35 per hour and I assume they'd finish in 1 hour tops. The other option is I will host the site for you for 3 months - for FREE - and then I will charge $120/year after that. The 3 months of free hosting should give you plenty of time to move the sites yourself or arrange for someone to do it for you.
