Adsense site and TOS violation concern.

I've read through the Adsense TOS. Three times. I understand most of it now, but I was wondering if someone can help me with something.

We're not allowed to disclose our CTR or CPM, but we can disclose our payout. Can we disclose the amount of money a partcular url is producing?

Another question I had was, are we allowed to display adsense ads on a website with the word adsense in it? for example, adsensearticles.com ?

I believe you're not allowed to disclose your exact CTR or CPM -- I'm not sure at what point you can draw the line and say a figure is not exact.

I wouldn't put AdSense on any website that uses Google's trademarks -- they won't catch it right away, but all they need to do is do a search on all clicks on any sites with their trademark, go to those sites, look at who it is and ban them.

As I understand it you may disclose the total amount of payment Google has made to you. Don't know if you will be limited by site or not.

You can't use Adwords on a site with a Google trademark in it.

I asked them about my site, www.adsensepages.com and they said that they didn't mind me using the domain (as I put that it has nothing todo with Google)

They didn't want me to use AdSense on it because of the trademark though, they said it's fine to run AdSense on my other sites.

EDIT: Forgot to say, I don't think it's against their TOS to say how much a site is making - considering when people sell sites they mention the income generated from ads, etc. However, rounding it up or down slightly is best, ie. $50 instead of $53/month, always best to play it safe with Google!
