adsense showing inactive in my account

    Just curious why some if not most of my adsense ads are showing inactive in my account. Does it mean also that the ads are not generating any clicks?

    yes good old google servers were down but its all working fine now

    if it's down shouldn't all my ads show inactive? and does it happen often? there was a time I saw them all active. Then sometimes only 4 of them active, other times just 3. I have around 10 or more ads.
