when If Ever will adsense be able to Read inside a SWF Movie / File.? I specialise in SWF Development & recently have almost Abandoned flash totally due to this and many other problems. ANYONE have any advice Other than totally abandoning building Flash Based webSites.?
Well just read some news about google search bot being able to read text fields inside flash objects, so it can't be fare away.. but as a webdesigner I usually recommend people to not make a full-flash site, only use flash elements where needed and then mix it with html/other languages.
did you try to add some description for individual files? That might help the googlebots to recognize the content and display relevant ads for your website.
Good Idea, But Unfortunatly I tried this and The Websites Individual SWF files Ranked Higher Than The Domain and where on first page of google & yahoo Search but linked to the individual SWF files insted of the pages on my website. I guess i will have to wait for search bot's to be able to read text fields inside flash objects. Thanks Heaps to everyone for your input. Cheers
