AdSense Search

What is the most others have made on a clickthrough for AdSense Search? We see about 120 impressions on average and 20 click throughs on average. Average is about a buck a day. AdSense itselfs kicks butt in terms of payout. Just curious what the norm is on the search payout.

    Thanx..

Extremely high CTR, low PPC. Keeps dripping in nicely.

Be careful, it's against Google's TOS to discuss how much you make.

Really, that is good to know.. Shows how closely I paid attention to that.. If that is the case then I could care less (not about the TOS), but about what others make.. I was more interested in how it compares..

Perhaps I could just rephase the question to:

"What success are others having with AdSense Search? Specifically how does it compare to plain adsense. Is it generating good repsonse?"

    thanx...

PS.. Shawn, is there a way to edit a previous post? I can do this all day long in phpBB, but I have not been able to on this board once my reply has had a reply. I guess removing the $ amount in my original post is the intention :)

    Thanx.

I think it depends on how your site displays the ad sense search. In my site, hardly anyone uses it. They rely more on my site menu for navigation. Just for the record, I get a few clicks/day for adsense but only a grand total of ONE click so far for my ad sense search.

I really don't like Google's Search. I use Freefind that index all the pages and dirs I wish no matter how deep they are. Instead, there are many pages in my site that Google simply ignores. However, I suppose it depends on how large your site is. If yours is only several hundred pages I guess Googole's search is okay, otherwise choose another solution.
