Adsense says it has paid me but I haven't actually received any of the cash in my account. All my details are correct, i triple checked. I emailed them a week ago but havent heard anything, has anyone experienced anything similar? Hope it gets sorted or I am down $225!!

There is an option somewhere in there on when to pay you. Check to see if that says "On Hold"

Where are you located? You don't have to answer. I have read webmasters who are not US based sometimes have long wait receiving and cashing checks.

If you are US based, they post an earning amount say for Sept. usually toward the end of the first week in Oct. Toward the last of October you willl see payment in progress notice (assuming you have at least $100 in your account.) Check usually arrives in about a week after this notice appears. Quickest way to get your payment is direct deposit.

basically adsense says I was PAID on Sept 26th, for august and previous earnings via EFT (I am in the UK) but I have no record of it, hence me being a bit worried!

my guess is that your cheque probably got lost in post... best bet is to send another follow-up email to the adsense team... my experience is that they have always been quite responsive...

But since he said via EFT the above is irrelevant.
    Email them again.

I am not expecting a check, i am expecting an EFT and it definately is not on hold. Adsense explicitly states that the payment has been made. I even have a payment reference number. Have emailed twice with no reply, and thoughts on what I can do now?

Why don't you call your back to see if they can look up that payment number?

It seems that it takes about 24 hours from the time they show the funds being paid, until they actually show up in your account. I used to get wigged out about this as well and now it's just SOP...

My bank takes anywhere from 1 - 5 business days to post my money after they receive it.

I would suggest you trawl through your bank statements looking for the payment, however, look for the amount of the EFT rather than by date. You'll probably find it there someplace but the dates won't match up. If that's not the case then it's time to start enquiries about where exactly the money went.
