Buying Adsense safe traffic

I'm looking to buy some adsense safe traffic. If you are going to post an offer please include the number of visitors for $2-3 and the source of traffic. I'm not planning to spend more than $2-3 maybe $5 from each person because I'm trying to find a specific traffic provider that I'm satisfied with before investing more money.
