    Thank you Coolnikin for your response. You are referring to the Ad Placement section in Google's TOS meaning you are not allowed to place Google Ads by itself in pop-ups. That is against there TOS. But it is allowed if you have a link as a pop up and the visitor chooses to click on the link to go to your website. You caused me to do more research in the ads received. I have already used the service and have not been banned. But I did find out that the company I was using used malware through z-quest.com and banners.searchingbooth.com. Although I probably could continue to use this service without any repercussions whatsoever, I may not use them anymore for ethical reasons. And as far as pop ups and pop unders, Google said this in there TOS in the Site and Ad Behavior Section. Sites showing Google ads should be easy for users to navigate and should not contain excessive pop-ups. Meaning they are not totally against pop ups. Its how they are used that they may or may not have a problem with. 500 visitors obviously will not rock the boat, but I leave it to the buyer to make that decision.
