Don't get offended but your site has poor design and color combination.. test your site to several browsers... There's a lot of good themes for blogger, I suggest http://www.eblogtemplates.com/templates/blogger-templates/
Your ads look too much like ads. You must blend them so that the background and text colors match those of your site.
Blind your adsense. That means use the same background color what you are using for your website. For example you have in left and right side of your website green color #78b749 then you should use the same color in your adsense code for the background color. It is the same story for your adsense search. Then you are ready to make more money.
Not very good in terms of Look and feel, try getting some good theme available out there for free in the internet
Hmmm. Agree with all the above. However even the ugliest sites can get some clicks if you drive traffic to them. lots of traffic
Truth is that ugliest sites get more clicks because it confuses the visitors to find the relevant information.
