This Adsense revenue sharing thing is not doing good to anyone.
Why not end this system and give a certain percentage of revenue every month to some charity.

That will make most of use happier than making few cents every month.

    What Say ?

Is Pay Per Post a charity now? Only joking!
That's not such a bad idea - the problem is that you'd get loads and loads of people joining DP with nothing useful to contribute. The place would be awash with posts that say 'lol' and 'I agree' and shit like that. The only way of doing it would be to reward the longer serving, high reputation members - say everyone who has been here a year or longer and has 500+ reputation points gets paid 10 cents for every post that has at least 20 words in. That wouldn't break the Bank of DigitalPoint (eg. Shawn) and would discourage people who only joined for a share of the loot.

And see the bill every month...it'd be more than 1 million posts per month and if he'd pay $0.01 per post...it'll be $100,000

That means for a month of 30 days, you will have to make a post every 0.3858024691358024691358024691358 seconds. WOW! You should be very fast then :D

I disagree. Why shouldn't a forum share with its members. Why should "bill gates" or whoever dominants a medium earn all the income. Isn't it fairer to share that money with the people who actually contributed to it with their opinions, knowledge, skills.

P.S. No I don't think it leads to spam because the moderators get on you for writing useless stuff.

Which is exactly why my idea would work: the only members eligible to receive payment per post are those who have been active members for at least 12 months, with 500+ reputation points and all paid posts must be at least X number of characters.
