AdSense revenue sharing website advice

I have set up an AdSense Revenue sharing website and im trying to find a way to attract more article posters.. I expect it to be a bit of an uphill battle because the site is so new and i expect people are a bit wary of posting their AdSense publisher id on a site that see as fresh and untested..

I am already offering a 75% Rev share on the authors articles and on their personal profile page. The profile page gives them the opportunity to link back to their own website, and also allows them to give a little bio information as well as links to all the articles they have posted on my website..

I know it is still early days for my site but i would be grateful for any views, help or information to improve my website from the Digital Point community..

if someone Gets Successfull by doing something and some one try to follow same steps......its not possible everyone gets successfull!

first u must have a good unique content to atrract visitors don't depend on visitors to write ur content at first.

 

what's the plugin u use ? is it free or paid ?

 

Its a paid for one which incidentally I haven't paid for yet.. It was scripted by my friend Christian.. Im not sure what his plans are for it yet.. I think its going to be extended to include Chitika Yahoo ect.. He's not crying at me for money yet anyway..
