well i want people to put their ads on my website. Do I need special permission from Google or anything? It's not like digitalpoint sharing. It's like you just upload your ad, and your ad appear on your page which is on my website. You get all revenues from it.

 

really what if the people engage in clicks exchange? Will google ban my entire site or will they just ban the owner of the specific ads?
