Adsense Revenue Sharing - How l lenient would Google be?

    I think they count because everything is based on CTR on adwords, so if meaningless impressions are generated by adsense publishers, then google cannot determinate if ads are good at being clicked or not. Because adwords works not only on how much advertisers pay for their ads but also on how often their ads are clicked (to summarize, how fast the advertisers can give money to google)

    So that's why in adsense's ToS it is written that no page with adsense blocks should engage in autosurf programs
