    sorry for the double post ... jsut wanted to mention that while this app is cool, the trial period i srather restrictive ... use it 3 times? why not 30 days ... giving the user time to become dependant on it?

    Well, I set the limit to min. of 5 mins.
    No one is that neurotic to see it more often.
    But there is also an option of checking it manually if needed.

    Sweet program. I like it a lot. Now hypothetically what is the minimum interval we can set? Can we get banned from AdSense for doing this?

    Well that is a valid point. Although, program is set up the way, so it expires after 3 restarts of the application.
    Meaning, that if you never restart, you just got it for free :)
    What I mean is that to see if it works for you or not, you don't need to be using it for 30 days.
    To be completely honest, 30 days expiry was one of the things which crossed my mind. But I decided against it, mainly because I had some troubles implementing it :)

    Interval can be set from 5 to 60 mins.
    As far as I know, program does exactly the same as if you logged into your website using browser. I do not see a problem doing it, or did not find anywhere on Google's site that this could possibly be a problem.
    I hope it's not, otherwise I would be only one using this program from now on :)

    NewComputer,
    I wouldn't take it that seriously, he had a good point and I was happy to give him an answer which he accepted. Atleast it explained to all people about the security of the program, otherwise it wouldn't cross my mind to write it down :)
    Anyways ....

    I had one programmed for myself but adsense has changed so much since then. This is what I'd like to see in your program that was in mine.

    Have you thought of having it make a popup when adsense updates? Have the popup show a whole bunch of info?

    Mine looked like this
    [IMG]

    Also have the program the ability to send an email when the money earned has changed, also have it send a text message to any phone number or possibly be able to log onto aim and have it send a text message that way cause some users have aim on their phone and you don't have to use a text message gateway cause I don't think there is a free one. Have it play a selectable sound when it updates. Be able to turn the popup on and off when adsense earning update. Also have the ability to add up to 5 adsense accounts to it.

    Thanks a lot. You gave me so many great ideas. I will try to implement most of it to my program.
    Thanks once again.
    I am thinking of adding graphs and charts now.

    It would be cool if the program would calculate CPC, which the AdSense portal does not do.

    It is not that bad. It can be as easy as this:
    using System.Web.Mail;

    MailMessage msg = new MailMessage();
    msg.To = "mailbox@domain.com;
    msg.From = "reports@domain.com";
    msg.Subject = "Adsense report";
    msg.Body = "Hello,\n\n...";
    SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "mail.yourserver.com";
    SmtpMail.Send(msg);
    Code (markup):
    The tricky part is authentication which was not supported in v1.0. With v1.1 you can use the Fields property to set the username and password for the smtp server. Here is more info: http://www.systemwebmail.com/faq/3.8.aspx

    You are right about the bug. I will fix it today. I realized myself.
    It's a small thing :) which doesn't effect anyone, but it is there.

    Riziko,
    thanks for posting code. I will need one for smtp authentication though.

    ALL, I will make option to calculate CPC :)

    New release in 2-3 days from now.

    would be nice to resize the window too ... looking at rows of data is cumbersome in a tiny window.

    i think i'll be buying this app... it's sweet

    I am writing this all down on paper and will add all these features as a time goes. Resizing window? Why not :)

    I wanted to ask everyone, is CPC = R/K (revenue divided by number of clicks) ?

    I hope I understand this right.

    to know how much you are earning per click you would divide earnings by clicks
