On March 24th my Adsense account was terminated for the dreaded "invalid clicks or impressions" and I knew that I had done nothing wrong. Well I fought tooth and nail and sent email to everyone from the CEO to the janitor and FINALLY got a call back from the manager of the click fraud detection team.... So if your account was terminated and you have truly done nothing to stimulate the action I suggest that you continue to fight. Persistence pays off. I got mine back and there is a chance that you can too.
Let me guess the ratio account banned and restored 10000:1 ? Anyway congratulations that your account has been restored. Just wondering how did you know the email of the janitor of Google Adsense.
Obviously I can't post email addresses in a public forum. I can tell you this: If you search Google for "google staff" it will take you to a page with all of their VP and C-level execs. Their naming convention is or in a few rare cases it is . Pick out a few "suits" with Adsense in their job description and start sending them email. You will very likely have to send them a few before you get their complete attention and make your message as complete as possible. Include links to any evidence that you feel is relevant to your situation. If you are not a native speaker of English I suggest that you find someone who is and have them write your message. My point is that once you have the VP reading yur email you do not want to give them any reason to dismiss yur case as frivolous. Be clear - be professional - be honest - be concise and be persistent. If on the other had, your account was terminated because you indeed clicked on ads or participated in some click "exchange" scheme: do yurself and the rest of the PPC community a favor and DO NOT contact anyone. I hope this helps someone.
My adsense account got banned today though, had like $1000 on it, they did that due to some kind of association with a previous account which was banned for invalid clicks, but I was never involved in this activity? If you can get unbanned, then possibly I could as well, congrats to you. IT
