AdSense resellers? Must be illegal! Or not?

    OK, here is the story:

    http://www.1-script.com/forums/Understanding-Google-Revenue-article49980-2.htm

In a nutshell: a webmaster got into some kind of network that set him up as a channel off of THEIR AdSense account. AdSense resellers so to speak. I'm pretty sure the guy got played and will never see money he was promised, but maybe I don't know the whole story. Are there really some super-duper-power publishers out there that can do that with G's permission?

    Negative, Ghostrider.
But if you want to use a channel off of my account... I think you know that you can feel free ;)

Well, not too original anymore. DP does exactly that with their ad revenue sharing.
Those guys from the original post went a step further and I think have actually crossed the line. It may be some kind of scam that targeted webmasters from countries that are not served by AdSense.
