Maybe you are not using the right keywords or there are not much ads related to your niche.
And its one of the worst niche I must say. I tried it once and left it.

    it might be:
    a) there is not enough ad inventory for your keyword
    b) there is not enough ad inventory for you visitor's country
in which case the ads displayed may be not so relevant to your content

Maybe, your niche don't have commercial value, few advertiser bid on your keywords or niche.

There are a lot of factors that you can consider, may be your niche does not have much of relevant ads that Google can provide, or you did not filter out those that are not related to your site.

It's not always important for ads to be relevant to your site. Depending on people's settings ads are often shown that reflect the visitors interests. Ie if they have recently searched for flat screen TVs then flat screen TV ads are likely to be shown. That can earn more money than relevant ones and in the most part you will never actually see what ads your visitors see.

I think its because of your niche. Most likely there are little to no advertisers targeting the keywords for your niche. It's best that if you start another niche site which is more known.

Most probably not many advertisers in your particular niche, I cant see there being that many advertisers on adsense targeting bollywood related keywords. Though a decent percentage of ads placed on websites are interest based, so based on your users cookies, so the ads you see may be different from the ads being served to some users.
