Adsense rejecting application saying contact information incorrect

I have applied for times and they rejected saying adress incorrect. I live in a village so i do not house no or street no. and i filled my application like this
payee name
Name
Vill:
PO:
City/Town: my District name
Postal Code:
State:

I filled like this google rejecting all the times. Pls help me.

 

well where are you from? they might not take publishers from your country.

 

You may give your friends or cousin address for now. You will get approval on that address. If you want to continue with the same address you may; otherwise later you may change the address to your own.

enter your name and village name in address form

in city enter your district

do not enter po like things, system will not accept it

for postal code enter neares post office code

 

Check first if your address can receive mails. If you are still having problems with the address you can ask for your friends address.

 

@Mitasha Joshi i tried yr method but they rejected again.
@galipellisatyanarayana If i create a account with my friends adress, how can i change it later to my address?
Is there any way to contact Google Adsense support team.
