For tax purposes. If you are not a corporation, they are required by the Infernal Revenue Service to send you a W-2 form after the end of the year -- with a copy to the IRS.
I see....but what about the fact that they are dealing with alot of people from different countries ? The IRS have different ways of working in different countries. onesolo
