Adsense Referral with 100% CTR, Will it cause any Harm ?

    I know Adsense ads with 100% CTR will show a red light at Googleplex, but is it the samething with referral buttons ?

    One of my friends want to get into adsense, so i displayes the referral button for a sec and then removed it.

    now my referral CTR is 100%, will it cause any harm ?

    It won't cause any harm if it is only based on one click. Now if you were batting 100 for 100, then I would be worried!
