Adsense referal images near adsense text ads-will it violate TOS

If we place an adsense referal unit image(like firefox) near(side of) adsense text ads is it allowed or violates google terms
i.e. does it falls in same category as those in "Images near ads" of TOS of adsense

Let say it looks like this.....

 

I'm sure it's okay in theory - it doesn't matter if someone confuses your referral button with the adjacent ad unit - they're both ad units after all.
I wouldn't do it personally.

I'ts a google ad near a google ad, that should be fine

 

It's ok i guess by nature and aesthetics but i would not personally suggest it because it will only make your ads be more confusing than effective for clicks.

 

Now I also agree that it'll be too confusing and affect clicks negatively.It's ok by google term but i shouldn't use it.Thanx for info.
