    It shouldn't be O/S specific. Your banners should show in any version of Windows that can browse the web, or Linux or Mac, for that matter. Maybe it's something wrong with the browser settings.

    it's almost always browders settings. i had this prolbem last time, tho i couldnt fix it until i reformat my PC.
