adsense reapplication?

    i know it's not allowed but is there any checky way to get round the system.
    i lost be account 3 years ago when i was a complete noob. surely, i can't be punished forever! and the lamest thing is they've relaxed the guidelines so much now.

    Sorry, once you get banned, your record will be kept.
    However, you can build a new website/blog and apply with your family member name

    They ususally check email id and name.I am not sure about address.But i got banned on ebay once 4 years back.And i am not able to create another account due to same address....

    You can try with new email id and name..:D
