Nope! You are not permitted to make money from third party video content that you don't own the rights to. To compound this google owns youtube so with any monetized videos if you had your adsense showing on the same page that'd be a breach of TOS with two adsense pub-ids showing on the same page and that'd be a ban. Before you start with a "But there are loads of sites with YT videos running adsense" - stop, they might be running it but that's a big difference from being approved to do so. If it's a new application you're planning on you'll get turned down straightaway. As to be honest why should they let you make money from other peoples work?
