    You must apply with a website respecting Adsense TOS : https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms


    Adsense is a CPC/CPM Ads platform, you get paid when your website visitors click, or view an ad 1000 times. If you don't respect the TOS you get banned from the platform.

    You can put the blog link where you are contributing in Adsense signup form, if refused by Google you must read again the TOS and see if you respect all rules, once tip: focus on clean design, good content.

    If you respect the TOS, they will approve your account for sure. I applied many times for my clients to get Adsense account and place ads on websites they own, and they never find a problem
