Adsense Question

I wanted to know that how do Google ban someone. Like do they ban a person when he requests for payment or they can even ban him before requesting for a payment. ?

I can't see how this matters? You're affraid you broke the rules and want to know if they would have banned you by now if they found out what you did, oe if they will ban you when you request the payment?

When they have to pay you, they will check to see what are you doing online (your sites) and see if they comply with the AdSense TOS.
