    When adsense banned someone then u need back all money which u earn before ?

    I don't think so but whatever you accumlated till now in account will not be released and will be given back to advertisers.

    Adsense never released banned account payment to publisher. unfortunately you have to forget your hard work money.

    yes there is no chance to get your money if your account is ban

    If the payment already issued by adsense, then you will get the money.
    If not, then you got nothing

    It's not possible to get any unpaid balance if your account is banned in adsense. Google says they refunds those money to the advertisers (I donot think they do so). Though if they have issued a payment you can get that issued amount (But sometime they stops payment for issued cheque too)
