This might sound like a stupid question, i have 2 sites with adsense running on them both, i have generated some revenue (not much) but how do i find out which site generated the clicks, ive looked every where and i can t find out, i just wanted to know are all the clicks coming from just one of the sites or both, all help gladly received.
In your adsense account you can add a 'channel' in other words you create a name for each specific website/location advert etc this will then show up in your account when you get your adverts clicked which site or advert is performing. So when you add the code to each website it has its own unique code added to the advert to indentify which adverets are earning and also other details like how many clicks and how much each channel has earnt.
Thanks mate, if i have already added the code, does this mean i have to start all over again, or can i add a channel.
Without you need to create a channel, there is a "Sites" tab in your reports which was a new implemented technique that will show you the list of your sites showing detailed revenue stats for each site
yes first go to the ad performance tab, then on the left column you'll see by sites. before you had to create either a custom channel or a url channel, but now it's ok they can show it to you this way.
Adsense provides almost all the tracking system, you can see which sites earned money, which did not earned, visitors from the countries etc... check carefully in your Adsense account..
it is very simple..you can use adsense channel(you can find this in your adsense account) or google analytic's tracker to get ride of this problem.
