Adsense proxy to have not violated?

    I intend to do a page for: Surf our web proxy and get round your school or work firewall, or just surf anonymously!
    Not know is not? Have been violated rules in Google? If you can give me some advice and some places to refer to prior work.

    What do you mean by adsense proxy? I never come across it so if you can I would appreciate to know what it is.

    I just have the idea only in the beginning? I dare not implemented, the implementation will violate the rules of google! For safe and successful than the money I try to ask people on forums see the DP do not have one? and have been violated policies do not? I do not want Google to lock my account?
