AdSense proxy issue

Recently I just bought a domain name and host for my new proxy site, as I would like to give it a try. I've run into a few problems, hoping you guys can help me out. When registering as a publisher from sites like Adsense or Adbrite, is it possible for me to get accepted with a proxy site because I got rejected for 2 times and the reason is my site is under construction but obviously it's fully done. My second question is, if I build a proxy network, do I have to add the sites into Adsense or can I just copy the codes and paste it in each and everyone of my sites?

As far as I'm aware AdSense is permitted on the homepage of a proxy site, but not on the proxified pages themself (because the publisher cannot control the content of those pages). Once one site is accepted you can paste the code onto other sites, but it's recommended you track each of your sites individually.
AdBrite is less demanding than AdSense - I'm pretty sure AdBrite allow publishers to show their ads even on proxified pages.

dont apply for adsense via a proxy sites, very less chance to get accepted

create blog and put some content, google TOS says they need the site to be 6 months older

Get a blog with a blogger account or youtube publisher account. Upload some videos of your cat or whatever. Say you wan't to make money off your cat videos. And then bam they give you adsense account.

Hmm, proxy sites are quite unfamous for getting adsense accounts banned, especially as CountryBoy said, when webmaster were trying to display their adsense in a frame at the top of the site or worse when they were replacing their adsense pub-id in the body of the pages, bad, bad, bad.. :)

So that would leave me with two choices aint it?

    1) Get a new website, get google to accept me then paste the code to my proxy sites.
    2) Try other affiliates?

One possibility would be to sell ads privately. People in the BST section here may be interested in buying ads on popular proxy networks.
