    It goes out of the reach of most of use mere mortals.. something like 20 million impressions per month needed before they'll even put you on the waiting list..

    Adsense premium get different, better ad formats. They can edit their ads. They can see the percentage of PPC they are getting. They get a higher percentage then us. They must have really big sites. They get their own personal manager, who they can call for info.
